Usage of micro-hole punching net
Microporous punching nets, as the name implies, make tiny holes in steel plates of different materials.
There are many ways to machine micro-hole punching, including: laser drilling, etching holes, punching holes, and electric spark drilling.
The hole type can be further divided into: a rectangular hole, a square hole, a round hole, a triangular hole, a hexagonal hole, a plum hole, a fish scale hole, a stretched shaped hole and the like.
4 major uses of microporous punching plates:
1. Metal standard plate and complicated metal decorative plate and exquisite crafts.
2. Precision optics and mechanical plane parts and spring parts;
3. Metal leakage plate, cover plate, plane lead, lead frame, metal substrate for electronic industry;
4. Friction plates and other concave-convex flat parts;
The so-called microporous punching net is relative to the thickness of the plate. Generally speaking, the diameter of the hole is less than or equal to the thickness of the plate, even if it is a microplate. In many cases, the required aperture is much smaller than the plate thickness, and some holes are required to reach 0.1 mm. This is called the micro hole in the true sense, which is required to be higher and higher in the punching processing method.
